Lytton Manor Vineyard offers a true turnkey solution for establishing yourself in the world of fine wine. Since 2022, Lytton Manor Vineyard has partnered with Redwood Valley Cellars to craft wines of distinction. In 2025, the vineyard is expected to yield approximately 30 tons of Cabernet Sauvignon, equating to roughly 2,000 cases of wine. The vintage promises to be nothing short of spectacular: abundant winter and spring rains, followed by a classic Sonoma summer of warm days and cool nights, have created near-perfect growing conditions. With cool weather extending into fall, the fruit is developing exceptional balance, flavor, and structure.
