A Visual Tour of Lytton Manor Vineyard

Lytton Manor Vineyard encompasses two contiguous parcels for a total of 12.2 planted acres on a combined 20.05 acres total. The vineyard comprises of three main blocks, Lee’s and Norma’s Blocks, named after the founders, Lee and Norma Chandler, and the Pond Block overlooking the irrigation pond. Two decorative rows of vines border the vineyard access driveway off of Chiquita Road.

The vineyard is planted with two clones of Cabernet Sauvignon to facilitate coordinating the farming during the growing season and harvest. Irrigation is dividing into two main zones and two subzones; further granular controls are built into the irrigation layout. An agricultural well replenishes the irrigation pond as needed.
